What it is
An assistant that turns a photo of a handwritten meal invoice into a clean row in the company spreadsheet.
The problem
Recording paper invoices requires reading each document and entering its details. This product explores an alternative with extraction and human review.
How we solved it
Staff take a photo of the invoice and send it through a chat they already use. The system reads the handwriting, fills the spreadsheet on its own and shows each entry next to the original photo, so a person confirms it with one look before it counts.
